God has made everything beautiful for its own time.
He has planted eternity in the human heart...
but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end.Ecclesiastes 3:11
Today, I am choosing to be thankful. I am choosing to be thankful for His grace, His guiding hand as I face the future, for His unconditional love. I am thankful that He is still at work in my heart...and will be until the day I am made whole forever in eternity.

Today, I am thankful for His promises. Thankful that even when I struggle, in my human imperfection, to see His perfect plan, I can believe it is still there.
I am thankful for a house with air conditioning, food to eat, a bed to sleep in, and a car to drive...because I know that tonight, hundreds of millions of people are going to sleep without these things. I pray I never take these things for granted.
I am thankful for my family. As imperfect as it is, it was knit together by our Lord.
(I think I need to start my "thankful thursday" posts back up : ) )
